HCCA Cinema

Bringing the Art of Film to the Hill Country

What’s HCCA Cinema?

HCCA Cinema is the Hill Country Council for the Arts’ dedicated film program, designed to bring the art of film to our community. Our mission is to provide opportunities for artists, filmmakers, and performers of all ages to showcase their work, connect with audiences, and celebrate storytelling through cinema.

Whether you’re a high school student exploring filmmaking, an independent filmmaker, or a community member who loves movies, HCCA Cinema is for you. Through curated screenings, festivals, and movie nights, we provide a platform that celebrates film, community, and creativity.

2026 Movie Nights

Every third Saturday of the month (weather permitting), we host free outdoor movie nights for the Boerne community at sunset. Grab a blanket, bring friends or family, and enjoy a curated film under the stars. These screenings are relaxed, fun, and perfect for a night out in the Hill Country.
