The Waddle weekend kicks off Friday, May 12^th, with a Meet the Artists reception from 4pm – 7pm at Salvador Dobbs, 512 River Rd, Boerne, TX 78006.

The Boerne Art Waddle goes into full swing on Saturday from 10am – 4pm with, various events throughout the day, including a family/kids activity area.

Join us for the exciting 11^th Annual Boerne Art Waddle located along the Cibolo Creek trail. This is a relaxed fun event with the attributes of a major fine art event. Self-guided route maps will indicate all Artists’ locations. Artists will have the opportunity to interact with Waddlers (the Public) through art demonstrations and booth chats in their assigned areas. Great food, music, and activities for all ages. Get on board with a renowned group of registered Waddle Artists who will be exhibiting their works for sale, and cash awards.

Proceeds support: Scholarships for children to attend the Cibolo Center and Farm Summer Art Camp, and Hill Country Council for the Arts programming. The Hill Country Council for the Arts is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Fees: Booth fee of $75, non-refundable. Make check or money order payable to HCCArts, and mail to Events on Main/Boerne Art Waddle address shown below.

Staff Support: Staff will be present on site throughout the entire Waddle schedule of events Friday and Saturday. Contact information will be posted.

Set-up: Artists can set up Friday with advance approval of the Event Director, Coordinator David Querbach. Saturday set up will begin at 7am – 10am, Art Waddle opens promptly at 10am. Vehicles must be moved from loading area by 10am. Tear down begins at 6pm on Saturday. Absolutely no early staging of cars and trailers will be allowed due to residential and business operations.

Vendor Equipment: We suggest all vendors have a canopy since areas may not be fully shaded, along with the necessary tables and chairs for their booths. Vendors are responsible for bringing any equipment along with appropriate tie downs or weights (25lbs per leg suggested). Tents, tables, and chairs can be rented for a fee.

2024 Boerne Bierfest Brewery Application

Date of Event: September 28, 2024. Thank you for your interest in participating in the 7th Annual Boerne BierFest, sponsored by Hill Country Council for the Arts, in an effort to raise funds to promote the Arts in the Boerne Area. This year the event will again be held at The AgriCultural Museum & Arts Center located at 102 City Park Rd., Boerne TX 78006. The hours of operation are 12 -6 pm. It will feature a variety of music and entertainment, while event goers sample the best in beer from over 50 different suppliers and breweries and shop from fine artists and other food and merchandise vendors. Estimated attendance from pre-sale tickets is 1500-2000 people with additional tickets sold at the gate on the day of the event.

Thank you for your interest in attending the 7th Annual Boerne BierFest, September 28th, 2024, sponsored by the Hill Country Council for the Arts. The event is located at the AgriCultural Museum & Arts Center (102 City Park Road, Boerne, Tx 78006) with hours of operation from 12noon to 6pm. The event features a variety of cultural music and entertainment. Event goers can sample the best in beer from over 50 different breweries and enter the Stein Hoist or Keg Toss competitions. Our goal is to contract a limited number of food trucks and booths with a great variety of items for sale. Attendees are not allowed to bring food or beverages into the event. Estimated attendance for the event this year is 2000+. *Vendor Application and payment deadline is August 31.* Booth fee is $125 and $25 for food permit.

Fees:

Early bird $125 booth Fee prior to 8/31/24. $150 after. Deadline for payment of Fees, September 15th, to be included in collateral marketing materials. Final deadline is 9/20/24. Fees are non-refundable. FIRST-TIME participants to Boerne BierFest are JURIED, UNLESS you have exhibited at BierFest or Art Waddle in the last two years. Proceeds benefit local arts organizations through grants awarded by the Hill Country Council for the Arts. HCCArts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Fees:

Early Bird 12' x 12' Regular Size Booth space fee = $125, prior to April 15 and $150 after April 15 date. Early Bird 12' x 24' Large Size Booth space fee = $225, prior to April 15 and $250 after April 15 date. Fee is non-refundable. This event is Rain or shine.

Eligible Media:

Prints and Giclée’s are permitted, but a minimum of 50% of the displayed artwork must be original work.
