Join us in making a whimsical yard element for your garden. We will venture into wire wrapping and fabrication with beads to design fanciful decor for the butterflies and bees.

2024 Boerne Bierfest Brewery Application

Date of Event: September 28, 2024. Thank you for your interest in participating in the 7th Annual Boerne BierFest, sponsored by Hill Country Council for the Arts, in an effort to raise funds to promote the Arts in the Boerne Area. This year the event will again be held at The AgriCultural Museum & Arts Center located at 102 City Park Rd., Boerne TX 78006. The hours of operation are 12 -6 pm. It will feature a variety of music and entertainment, while event goers sample the best in beer from over 50 different suppliers and breweries and shop from fine artists and other food and merchandise vendors. Estimated attendance from pre-sale tickets is 1500-2000 people with additional tickets sold at the gate on the day of the event.

Sponsor Brewery Beer Requirements

All beer will be on a donation basis. Beer Request - (4) ½ BBLs – or 8 Sixtels.

Art Waddle Artist Information 2024

The 12th annual Boerne Art Waddle in downtown Boerne along the Hill Country Mile.

Proceeds:

Proceeds benefit local arts organizations through grants awarded by the Hill Country Council for the Arts. HCCArts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Fees:

Early Bird 12' x 12' Regular Size Booth space fee = $125, prior to April 15 and $150 after April 15 date. Early Bird 12' x 24' Large Size Booth space fee = $225, prior to April 15 and $250 after April 15 date. Fee is non-refundable. This event is Rain or shine.

Eligible Media:

Prints and Giclée’s are permitted, but a minimum of 50% of the displayed artwork must be original work.

Boerne Bierfest Vendor

Thank you for your interest in attending the 7th Annual Boerne BierFest, September 28th, 2024, sponsored by the Hill Country Council for the Arts. The event is located at the AgriCultural Museum & Arts Center (102 City Park Road, Boerne, Tx 78006) with hours of operation from 12noon to 6pm. The event features a variety of cultural music and entertainment. Event goers can sample the best in beer from over 50 different breweries and enter the Stein Hoist or Keg Toss competitions. Our goal is to contract a limited number of food trucks and booths with a great variety of items for sale. Attendees are not allowed to bring food or beverages into the event. Estimated attendance for the event this year is 2000+. Vendor Application and payment deadline is August 31. Booth fee is $125 and $25 for food permit.

Fees are non-refundable. FIRST-TIME participants to Boerne BierFest are JURIED, UNLESS you have exhibited at BierFest or Art Waddle in the last two years. E-mail sample images of your recent artwork to Paula Horner, [email protected]. You will be notified within 48 hours of your acceptance.
